Belong Hub Leadership Kit

The Belong Hub Leadership Kit empowers students and educators with practical tools to build stronger, more connected school communities.

Designed for grades 6–12, the kit includes seven flexible tools that can be used in sequence or on their own. It guides teams to build connections, identify challenges, design solutions, collaborate effectively, and take action—and it can be revisited throughout the year as new goals and opportunities emerge.

Use the tools in sequence or start with a single tool. The kit provides hands-on learning for leadership classes, student councils, advisory groups, and co-curricular settings. It can be facilitated by educators, co-led with students, or used independently by student leaders, depending on your approach.

Some schools use the full process in leadership or advisory classes. Others focus on a few key tools that match their goals—like boosting student voice, launching a team project, or improving inclusion. The tools are reusable and easy to revisit, so multiple teams can benefit throughout the year. Here are a few ways to begin:
